I love to teach and share the knowledge gained over these years. My research journey have given me wings (not Redbull, never tasted it) where I am trained to have a bird-eye view sometime and somtime you need focus or refocus on problems.
My teaching philosophy is based on my experience as a curious student sitting in classroom
and trying to understand concept over many lectures attended over all these years. I sat in
classroom where sometime I dozed off and sometime instructor gave such beautiful insight
about the subject in a such a way that it blows my minds. I strongly believe that the
role of teacher is not just be be teaching about the subject but should be like putting
a dynamite (not literally) at strategic location of coursework (through assignments, term
projects, hands-on training) and let it get denoted by student’s inquest to learn that subject
or concept. This will develop better and sustainable understanding of subject matter, helpful
to solve real world problem in future. Learning by doing (both by my students and peeping
over their shoulders by me) will be my teaching approach
