As a facilitator, I already know that feedback is important for effective learning. It helps individuals understand their personal progress, giving them clear guidance on how to navigate further in their learning. So I will commit myself to not only spoon-feed my students lots and lots of information but rather I will help them practice problem solving and their critical thinking ability. I will be there to offer support and advice when needed, and to provide the necessary scaffolding and teaching of skills when necessary. Also, I will not operate under the traditional concept of teaching, but instead, I will guide and assist students in learning for themselves.
