I am Gurumohanram, a proud descendant of the renowned Kakarla Saint Tyagaraja, hailing from a traditional musical family with deep roots in Indian classical music. With My Grandfather Shri. T..S. Janakiraman (late) a Disciple of Great Palani Subrahmaniya Pillai, grandmother Srimati. Indra Janakiraman (late) who was a principal at the Madurai Music College, additionally a father who is a skilled percussionist specializing in tabla and mridangam, music has always been at the heart of my life.

An engineering graduate turned passionate music educator; I have dedicated nearly seven years to teaching music in schools. I specialize in a diverse range of musical forms, including light music, film songs, bhajans, Carnatic music, and ghazals. I not only teach songs with notation but also guide students in writing their own notations.

I've been teaching since the age of 20 for people of age group from 10 to 60 years old.

Currently, I lead a vibrant light music orchestra group, offering opportunities for students to practice and perform alongside a live ensemble. I believe in nurturing a love for music while fostering creativity and expression.
