Having the ability of not only the developmental characteristics and learning needs of the students I teach, but also their personalities and who they are as people. Therefore, I use a variety of learning and teaching strategies, ideas, resources and digital technology to support my students in achieving these goals and results. I encourage my students to develop a love of learning, of exploring ideas and of discovering the world about them.I have a strong understanding of the French language, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with students. I am able to develop lessons plans and materials that are appropriate for the level of students I am teaching, also to communicate with parents and guardians so that everyone understands how their child is doing in school.In summary, my careful observations of the teaching styles, methods, and philosophies
