My method for teaching can be best described as coaching. Rather of giving my pupils the answers, I strive to ask the correct questions, and they should be able to figure them out with the help of group projects and demonstrations.
I believe that the younger generation is lacking in both creativity and critical thinking. I work to support students in developing these skills, which is precisely why I think coaching is a better teaching method than lecturing which is the norm for this grade level.
All I can do is try to better qualify my students to handle the challenges that come with entering the workforce
