I teach students based on national curriculum guidelines within my subject areas speciality. My duties include assigning homework, grading tests, documenting progress and keeping up with parent communication. I will communicate and evaluate needs to ensure every student feels challenged but not overwhelmed by the material being covered and also providing students with the abilities and potential to master the necessary skills to become responsible, well-educated community members. Unwavering commitment to instill confidence and self-esteem by providing open communication lines and welcoming attitude when approached by students.
