I am an excellent communication, presenter and interpersonal related skills teacher. I embrace learner centred teaching style.In my methodology I put my learner as my first priority in the knowledge I give out.
The results are much bigger when using learner centred approach than teacher centred approach which only favours fast leaners.
In teaching using learner centred approach as the teacher I demonstrate a skill, I also take learners through the demonstrated skill then I give them a try for them to have the skill in a more comprehensive way. And this to me is what i call learning and passing of skills from the teacher to the leaner. Education is a lifelong process which must be taken with caution. Education is all about moulding lives holistically, economically,socially and not forgetting emotionally. I mould a learner in all aspects required by a successful society for better living. As a teacher am the role model to my learners, I do my best for learners to have a ground of understanding the skill better.
