Well I teach my students very friendly and politely I make them to share their ideas and also give them tasks for making the topic interested which makes them good at and I mostly encourage them when they try to learn the topic
I often focus on week students even when they do something very easy or minor attempt I obviously encourage them which makes them more confident and they try more to learn and keep trying to do by their own
It's my teaching style which makes me a true teacher
