I am a certified Yoga teacher in the following:
• Kids Ages 2 to 17
• Prenatal and Postnatal
• Pregnancy
• Postpartum Exercises

I’ve practiced yoga for years and just now decided to make it a business. All ages are encouraged! I can change up my lesson plans according to age brackets.

Minimum I’m willing to charge an hour is $6 so please be aware I will NOT go any lower; prices vary according to which content you’d like to practice.

• Prenatal/ Postnatal Yoga is $19/hr
• Pregnancy Yoga is $19/hr
• Postpartum Exercises $19/hr
• Kids Yoga is lowest $6/hr highest $15/hr
• Elderly Yoga is $10/hr

I am an online Teacher only. I do NOT travel to peoples homes. (Sorry for any inconvenience.) Each session will be powered through Zoom. I will send you your link to log in for that days class. Each class will be an hour long set at a specific time.

*Please Note: If you pay for my services and your child (or children) do not show, you will NOT receive a refund unless you have spent over $40 for your child (or children) to participate in my class.
