I am certified yoga teacher from two international yoga institutions one is Bihar school of yoga and another is 100 years old kaivalyadhama lonavala additionally I did masters in yoga also.I gave my 5 years to understand yoga after that I am giving real yoga to the people. I am result oriented person. I am working as a freelancer yoga teacher since 5 years .I teach yoga with scientific and spiritual aspects. I firmly believe that yog gives result on body and mind both.
