My philosophy to teaching encourages students to "learn by doing". I allow my students to use their learning to style to support their understanding of content being taught . I believe that students must experience concerte, pictorial and abstract approaches to learning in the given order . I also use the flipped classroom approach to teaching and learning . This allows students to gather prior knowledge before coming to the live sessions. Students must be given time to learn, therefore I do not rush my lessons. i put God first
