Teaching is meant to include plenty of discussion. With English, there are always opinions that seem plausible yet we need to identify the focus questions and abide by certain techniques order to obtain the best possible outcomes. With the encouragement of peer discussions, I also recommend students to work in groups with strategic roles to ensure cooperation. These, in turn have made for a very conducive learning environment, allowing my students to be able to learn from their peers and teacher.
At the end of the day, this is a two way progress. Goals will be set for students to help them stay on track with their objectives and work towards them. Plenty of guidance will be given with time, my students have all managed to obtain the results they desired.
