I create conducive atmosphere for learners to discover ideas by themselves. I serve as a facilitator to help the learner explore and find ideas. I use varrying methods of teaching that suits the level of proficiency of the learner. l accommodate every atempt made by the learner, even if it is not the best. I create room for the learner to freely ask questions for clarification. I make sure l give the learner assignments on every lesson taught to ensure better understanding of the content taught. Through that l assess his or her level of understanding, so that l can build on it.
