Hello I'm Laiba Arshad! I'm currently a student of Microbiology at the National University Of Medical Sciences.I really think that learning is a lifelong process.In college, I came to the conclusion that the subjects covered in my favourite classes might not be the ones I was most interested in. Instead, the professors were the ones who made the classes interesting. When teaching the content in the classroom, these professors were always interesting and easy to understand. They were also willing to go above and above when I needed more assistance or clarification. I make every effort to make learning enjoyable by incorporating this knowledge into my instructional style. I use lesson plans in which i usually introduce the topic in a fun and creative way, then explicitly teach the material. Afterwards I always ensure time for students to practice the material on their own.Of course this method can be adjusted based on the subject and student's individual needs.
I have experience tutoring students in ninth or tenth grade for more than 2 years, as well as student in 11th & 12th grades.
I coached student in Chemistry, biology and Physics as well. I use a range of technology in my classroom, including zoom, Teams, Google Classroom.
I encourage students to question their actions, the way that others live, and how we can use our knowledge to question the choices we make. I foster collaborations with leadership that promote a flexible, supportive, and dynamic learning environment. I am delighted by the 93% average pass rate that my students achieve.
