I am a tutor who has in the past tutored organic chemistry to third year students. I have also helped in physical chemistry which is one of my strongest points at the moment as I did my Masters degree on physical chemistry.

I would like to believe that my teaching styling style is one of delegating. I would prefer to give my students tasks mostly as groups and they would have to figure it out individually or in a group.

I believe what makes me a good teacher is being able to plan my lessons. Perhaps giving my students a topic to read before hand and giving them homework so that I can identify where the student may mostly need help with improving their marks and also going the extra mile to explain individually to students as some of them understand better in one-to-one sessions instead of being in a group setting.
