I am Mary Judeline Lantoria and you can just call me Jiejie. I have been a teacher for more than three decades and handled various level of students from preparatory level to college level. This is because of my field in art and music and other courses that I can teach. My masters in Education Management helped me to have the ability to handle other subjects like English, Humanities, Guidance and Counseling and other Education subjects. My strategy in teaching is also diverse. I always consider the level of my students as well as their capabilities. It is also important for me to be sensitive with the behavior of my students every session. In this way, I can always adjust my lesson and strategy to make the teaching-learning process effective. I am also a good listener, because I believe that learning from the students point of view or how they perceive the lesson will make each day learning process much better. I handle my student more than a part of my job but a human being that I am always responsible with.
