Since I have been a teacher for 3 years, I gained many information about how to teach the students in the most effective way. As well as this, I participated in many classes that made me ready to educate my students. For example, I have seen many classes that are boring for the children, so i tried my best to designate innovative ways of conveying the lessons.So then, students are quite active in my classes.
Also, my education in English literature has prepared me to think critically and use multiple ways of teaching. My interest in communicating with international students persuaded me to become a full-time English teacher
Also as a literature teacher, I use my own ways of improving the understanding of literature. For example, I choose one poem, play or short story( in addition to the curriculum), every week to see if students can criticize it or not. I also believe, discussion cards can make students to communicate with each other and learn to hear other opinions regardless of sex, race and age.

So then, as a literature teacher I fulfill my responsibility to enhance their level of knowledge in international literature.
