Passionate about young people’s learning . Always try to make lessons engaging and inclusive for all regardless of student abilities and I use a variety of teaching tools to achieve this . Every child matters and no student must be left behind and above all all students must progress and achieve . My past experience in teaching science gives me the opportunity to assess students accurate of prior knowledge using a variety of tools such KWL grids which gives an insight into students prior learning and the use of check lists helps to check prior and past progress and quickly ascertain areas of underachievement. Exam language and key verbs used in subject specifications also helps me to expose students to styles of exam answering ttechniques which helps to build their confidence in real exams . Students that I tutor mostly make an excellent progress in their exams with my style of teaching and recommendations to friends and family members follow through afterwards. Familiar with most of the science exam board and specifications and syllabuses
