I love to teach practically rather than theory ....Car can't be drive by therotical knowledge. It need 80 % practical and 20 % theory .Same for my subject 80 % practical based classes i conduct .. I conduct classes for alll subject from engineering and programming language . I have project training as it give full practical knowledge .I prefer mini project major project session more than theory session .My almost 80% student r place in different field of job with max salary. My focus is on practical experience .
