I have a lot of experience in communicating with teenagers. I like students and motivate them. My teaching method is based on practice and repetition. Oral questions is very important. Because it strengthens students learning and self confidence. Students who have learning problems, probably have other problems and difficulties as well. Problems should be examined from different aspects. I have worked at school as a teacher and principal for 30 years. A teacher should be kind, patient, punctual and responsible for students and their families. In my opinion, the key to success of any teacher is patience and trying to improve her students.
