I have been teaching English to Non-native English speakers since 2004; I believe that skills can be developed through proper training and persistent efforts, thus understanding the learner's entry level, type of learner etc will ensure a smooth journey of learning. Teaching becomes effective when the classes are Learner-centric and the teacher acts as a facilitator. Results are the fruits of dedication from both the sides.
