I can understand my students and their needs, their learning style and then work with them. I help them to grow with lots of skills with their academics. I try to provide an interesting environment according to kids where they can become a good communicator, observer, listener and active learner. I also do focus on child centric teaching methodology so that they become involved learner and connect with their immediate environment. We should also understand all the domains of development like motor, sensory, cognitive, language, emotional, social and personal. I am also working with my two little kids at my own school. I have a curriculum to teach them and lots of teaching materials. For example if i am teaching maths i have three to five ideas to teach one single concept.
