I think to understand student's disability and ability in understanding the subject, is one of the crucial role of a good teacher to identify. And the process of fixing all the problems & helping students to reach out their own goals is a main part of teaching that I feel. And having an experience of teaching and learning across the country for more than 3 years, I came across different types of teaching faculties and methods that usually is taught in institutions of higher standards in India for very few number of people. I was in many teaching and research institutions in Kolkata, Pondicherry, Chennai, Mumbai. In those centers of excellence, I came in contact with many teaching personals who not only taught me how to teach but also gave me the mantra to achieve the goals in life. I just want to implement that kind of teaching in an online or offline open domain for the benefit of all.
