Firstly, encouragement and motivation of the learner is the key thing which makes me a great teacher.
One on one and detailed explanation of the concepts, from uknown to known.
No time wasting when delivering the content.
I give lots of assignements and very relevant ones indeed;I check the assignments too.
For better perfomance, I take all the past and done exams and papers from different institutions, revise them together with the learner, compare different approaches, moreso in mathematics.
I train the learner on how to answer questions in a wiser manner without consuming too much time in one problem
