I have been a classroom teacher for the past 10 years in various capacities and grade levels. I started my career as a science and math teacher for regular students and students with special needs for 5 years at the American Academy of Beirut, and for the past 5 years, I worked as special educator at Eastwood International School, where I taught diverse groups of students with ADD/ADHD, autism, learning disabilities... My skills in differentiated instruction, one-on-one sessions, assistive technology, and ABA therapy allow me to meet the needs of every student.
Also, I worked as a homeroom teacher for grade 3 ( PYP program).
I also worked as a special needs co-coordinator for one year.
As someone who is innovative and resourceful in teacheing methods, possesses excellent leadership, organizational skills and can connect easily with students, administrators, parents... I believe that my experience and passion for teaching would be the ideal fit for the philosophy and resources offered by your institution, and I am thrilled to join your team.
I enjoy the challenge of teaching students academically and helping them to thrive socially.
Thank you,
