I think the most unique part of my math teaching is that I will apply some interesting techniques while teaching difficult topics. I will try my level best to make the topic easy and it helps the students to get good marks. The confidence level of students is correlated with motivation .Motivating learners in an online is more difficult than face to face courses. So I follow John Keller's Instructional Model of Motivation (ARCS Model) to motivate students throughout the class. As this model promotes learner centered teaching .So that it creates self -confidence and satisfaction in students.
