I start always with my students from scratch, we build up the knowledge step by step together. I don't pass any step unless we make sure we grasped the concept and applied on it. I have no problem repeating, or changing the way I introduce the idea so that I deliver the information to the student.
I make written summaries for each lesson.
I write as I explain to the student live, so that he/she could fully understand what I am saying.
My evaluation where I work currently is 1.3 "1 is the Best- 6 is the worst".
I helped a lot of students pass in various mathematics courses in Colleges or schools, and with high marks as well.
