I scored a Band 8 in IELTS while sitting in my village. I had no speaking partner, no one to give feedback to or even discuss with. I put in tremendous effort to learn all the possible techniques and strategies to score well in IELTS and was able to get my desired band (Reading 9.0, Listening 8.5, Speaking 8.0, and Writing 6.5). I found that there is still room for improvement in my writing. Then, I put extra effort into my writing skills. Later, I got a job that was mostly about writing (GTE statements, SOPs, and financial statements for aspiring students). Since I have helped some IELTS and PTE students achieve their desired scores at my current job, I now consider myself to be a professional IELTS teacher.
I learned things on my own. As I am from a general background, I understand exactly where students like me struggle and how to make them improve effectively. Since I am a BBA graduate and have experience in teaching, I can also teach the other subjects mentioned.
