I am a special educator. I Identifies the students' needs and develops related lesson and teaching plans. I Advises, tests, and teaches students in a variety of academic subjects and concern areas. Also, reinforces learning concepts within a specified subject, subject area or concern areas. I work with children of different ages who have a range of learning or cognitive disabilities, or emotional or physical problems. I will modify the general education curriculum to make sure each student’s special individual needs are met. I include assisting general education teachers in identifying and assessing children who may have disabilities or special needs. I am patient, calm, organized, inspiring, and accepting.
