- Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments ( Emerson Rosemount, ABB, Endress& Hauser, Bently Nevada, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Vega, Polysonics,.......)
- Maintenance and calibration of the control valves, Fisher, Bray, Airtorque, Copes-Vulcan, Valtek, Masoneilan.
- Experienced in flowmeters configuring (electromagnetic, orifice plate, ultrasonic, turbine, variable area ) of ABB, Rosemount, Cameron,.....
- Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements.
- Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, flow chart.
- Familiar with engineering standards ISA, IEEE, ASTM, NAMUR, ASMI, ANSI, NEMA, IEC
- Preparing master data sheet for PM schedule; ensuring safe and efficient performing of CM
- Technical Support for the instrumentation team.
- Experienced in the field instruments and control systems procurement activities.
- Spares balance investigation and inventory control for all instruments’ spare parts.
- Carry out software code modification, tuning material calculation and Diagnostic & Troubleshooting activities.
- Analyze and problem solving for Turbo-compressor/Turbo-generator Control panels MKV, MKVI and MARK Vie.
- Experience with GE frame 5 gas turbines troubleshooting, SRV/GCV valves, IGV, Auxiliary system, fire protection, gas detection & other various power plant instrumentation & control.
- Troubleshooting of Bently Neveda 3500 System.
- Good Knowledge of DCS Honeywell Experion PKS R300.
- Good Knowledge of Honeywell Safety Manager systems ESD and F&G.
- Supervision of maintenance and troubleshooting of field instruments (Pressure, Flow, Level, & Temperature Transmitters, Control Valves & P/I Transducers)
- Perform activities such as loop check, leak check, instrument calibration activities, function check, valve stroke test.
- Resolving technical activities with technical department.
- Making studies of risks on the techniques and the products used; to apply and to implement rules of HSE during operation Installation, Operation and maintenance
