I'm currently pursuing my master's degree of physiotherapy in field of Biomechanics physical and functional diagnosis for which I've to read in depth about human movement and kinesiology as well as Biomechanics. I can help u to understand better regarding biomechanics of joint, muscle, tendon, cartilage as well as movement. I use very simple language as the biomechanical language is very complicated I'll make it simpler and easily understandable for you. You will be able to do it by urself after understanding the concepts behind the joint and it's movement.
