I am experienced through learning by doing. Qualified with hands on training and experts guidance. I Concentrate more on individual's strengths to study, understand, perception and ability to cope up with proper understanding of the subject.Simply I never encourage students to just memorize and produce in their exams, because we have to acquire an eternal, unending knowledge for the field of Nursing or any Health care Disciplines.So sound insight with subject information added on with practical application of all relevant subjects is must for gaining good marks, and better staff Nurses as well.I keep encouraging students / staff to learn something everyday new. For example, two drug information a day, a Pathophysiology of the disease condition they saw on that day.. little by little. I keep on reinforcing them to read at least two to three pages in their nurses dictionary, with complete understanding, that might help to crack a lot of competitive exams.Utilizing the area of clinical hours, eagerness to learn and explore new things, keeping a track on updates and advancements in the particular field will definitely help the students/ staff to stand ahead of the people who don't try to do it.So I keep encouraging my students and staff to learn efficiently and wisely, by teaching them the basic skills to learn.
