I am Ph.D. and Postdoc in Biotechnology. I have enjoyed being the part of many successful productive teams and institutions for international scientific programs as well as for delivering Chemistry and Biology lectures in India and abroad. I have guided many students how to learn smartly by providing proper guidance with tricky tips to score good marks. I emphasize on learning key words of the concepts, use PPTs, visuals and many informative figures in his lectures to make the concept interesting. I am quick to analyse the student’s needs to develop the interesting strategies and innovative solutions to their problems. I work well on my own initiatives, consistently demonstrating the high levels of motivation and dedication. Besides teaching programs, I am involved in many scientific researches and published many international papers, filed many patents and discovered many new species of cyanobacteria to contribute Science and human welfare.

Adhikary, Head, Department of Biotechnology, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan, India (Presently: Vice-Chancellor, Fakir Mohan University, Balasore-756020, Odisha, India) and worked in the same project as SRF from 26th November 2012 to 31st March 2013 and onwards continued my Ph.D. work on the topic “Study of stress tolerant cyanobacteria colonizing stone monuments and characterization of their antioxidant defense systems” in the same lab. I got Ph.D. award on 25th August 2015.
