I am Kajari Gayen. I possess a Master's degree in Physics and a Certificate in "Computer Information System - Computer Programming". I've been teaching successfully for about 16 years primarily in the US and in India, starting from High School to College students.

My area of interest is Science, especially Physics and Mathematics.
Teaching is always been my passion. I love to see the students grow keen interest in the subject, develop their ideas to solve problems rather than spoon feeding the answers. I believe that the students' inquisitiveness is the key to success and a teacher's role is to provide them the right kind of environment and direction to enhance their capability to accept challenges.

The pedagogy I try to engage myself into is constructive, collaborative and inquiry based learning. I believe each student has a unique mind and as a teacher my job is to nurture their path of learning to achieve their goal. In depth learning, focus toward studies and practice helps the students achieving a strong academic platform. I found my students secure good grades and continue doing so in their future endeavors.

I prefer to think if Mathematics is the base of all Sciences, Physics, Chemistry or other branches of Science complement the application / implementation in the world of Science and Technology. My intention is always to encourage students in independent thinking and to develop problem solving skills which helps them establish their analytical ability to handle unknown problems which is absolutely necessary for a child's progress in academics as well as in life skills. The inter-personal relation between a teacher and a student is very important too. My goal is to develop a friendly atmosphere to the student so that he or she opens up and we can solve problems together.
My experience in this field of teaching has been extra ordinary.
