Teaching is a two way process, we learn by students many new experiences and they get knowledge from us. A teacher must be humble, well mannered, he must have clearity in his work, attentive. According to my experience I think students learned better by topics related activities. What else I can do to help students is to give them different tasks to enhance their creative skills. Teacher should be cooperative, soft spoken and understanding. He shouldn't behave rudly with his students. If students ask an question he should answer it.
