I like to engage my learner one on one as we try to understand and discuss a certain topic together,I encourage a brainstorming session with my learner as we go around the details of the topic at hand in order to be familiar with it and pinpoint various aspects that are to be learnt in a very vibrant manner.I love a learner to teacher chit chat with the aim of staying alert and learning in a jovial way so as to avoid boredom in a class session hence a vibrant mood for learning.
