I teach based speciality. I believe all students have different capabilities and interests. So I use different techniques to ensure that my students are able to understand what am teaching. One of the techniques is when I introduce a concept by beginning with known to unknown and in this case allowing the student to start by discovering by him or herself. That way it becomes easier for the student to understand. This also makes sure that the student is in the center of the learning process there by achieving the most. This also helps identify interests of the learner and how to approach different topics. I also ensure objectives are well achieved by the end of the lesson. There by in the long run achieving set goals.
