I have been an ESL Teacher for over 6 years and at the moment I am working on my 120 Hour TESOL Certificate. I am now on my 16th unit over 20 units.
In my class I make it a point to develop my student's confidence in speaking the language they are learning because no matter how much you learn about grammar, phonology, vocabulary and so on if you do not have the confidence to speak the language you are learning, then everything you have studied goes down the drain. So Confidence is key.
