Individualized support for students is the responsibility of a tutor. To get ready for a tutoring session, they go over lesson plans and textbooks, create extra tasks, and, if necessary, respond to inquiries regarding the content being taught in class or on a given assignment. In order to connect with their pupils and deliver difficult material tailored to their requirements, a good tutor should have excellent communication skills. In order to guarantee that students learn during their sessions, they also need to possess a solid comprehension of many topic areas.
I have modified my teaching technique and tactics based on my three years of classroom experience in order to acquire better results from the students. In order to make it easier for the students to refer to the important points and avoid having to hunt for the information, I frequently present my own, condensed materials from the textbook or revision books to summarize the subject taught in class. Additionally, I'll meet with the students to update them on their progress and how they're catching up on the curriculum.
