My strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills, combined with my ability to work well under little or no supervision, allow me to play a crucial role in fast paced teaching environment. Furthermore, with the ability to simplify lesson plans in line with specific curriculum objectives, I believe I will immediately make a noticeable impact on your student's education standards. I use demonstration style of teaching since this encourages students to come up with problem-solving strategies, ask questions and simulate what they’ve just learned. I however also apply student-centred discussion and building relationships as my teaching methodologies.
