I am Elijah Rosejune A. Ferrera. I am a Junior High School English teacher with a degree of Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in English, and I would like to work with you in learning English.

I have been passionate about teaching and I love inculcating knowledge to my learners and so currently, I am taking up my Masters degree in English Language Education. I believe that English has the capacity to unite people all over the world.

With almost 8 years of working experience, I believe I would be a perfect fit for an online English teacher. My work as a high school teacher, gives me a great deal of experience and help me achieve my utmost potential as an English teacher. I am an English teacher to Junior High School learners in which I developed the ability to handle students very well. Moreover, I am handling students with special educational needs which helped me hone my skills in teaching. Furthermore, I am currently teaching online to Japanese students both young and adult English learners.

  • Secondary School Teacher (Sep, 2016–Present) at Buenavista Special Education High School
    At present, I am a Full-time English teacher in the Public School here in our country. I handle students in Junior High School from Grade 7 - Grade 10 as well. Moreover, I also teach English and Language to our learners with Special Educational Needs which is both a challenge and an exciting part in my current teaching career.

    Furthermore, I also handle extra curricular activities to my students as an English Reading Coordinator. I implement activities that can help my students become independent readers and encourage them the love of reading.
  • Secondary School Teacher (Jun, 2015–Mar, 2016) at Infant Jesus School of Bukidnon
    I was working at Infant Jesus School of Bukidnon for 1 school year. I taught English and Filipino to Grade 7 to Grade 10 students. Furthermore, I handle extra curricular activities such as coaching students into different contests in the field of Journalism and sports.

Fee details

    ₱250–500/hour (US$4.29–8.58/hour)

    My weekly Fee is based on the type of student and the content of the material that we need to learn. However, we can always talk with each other about the fee where we can agree and compromise.
