I have a passion and vast experience in teaching learners of diverse cultures in various ICT fields. Most importantly I merge learning outcomes with student expectations to achieve learner satisfaction at the end of each lesson. I am very flexible and will easily adapt to the learners' timelines if need be.

I have experience in teaching/instruction both adult and child learners. Furthermore, my experience in curriculum development enables me to customise teaching content to gel with the expectation of the learner and make the learning process as simple as possible.

My troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software are of advantage as I can easily guide learners on the installation of necessary software and hardware as well as guide them in case of any technical issues they may encounter during the learning process.

As an experienced trainer, it is my duty to track the learners' progress during the entire training period by conducting continuous assessment testing as learning goes along while sticking to agreeable timelines for the course duration.
