I am Microsoft Certified Dynamics CRM and Power Apps person having overall 12 years of Professional IT experience and 3 years in Corporate Training. I am Technical Lead where I have exposure to below technologies

C#, WPF, WCF, MVVM, MVP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Data verse, Model Drive Apps, Canvas Apps, Power BI, Power Portal, Azure DevOps, ETL, HTML, JavaScript, Web API etc.

In my training I always make sure all the participants able to understand what I am teaching, for that I have a framework setup where I have take trainings on alternate days and ask participant to complete the assignments given during training Sessions. In next session I usually starts with assignment review, problems/obstacles and then only proceed further. I believe that instead of covering too many topic I should make sure whatever I am teaching is reaching to participants. So assignments, doubt clearing, personal assistance, cross questioning, Pre and Post training test, Post training project everything I cover. So whoever is participating in a training should not have any second though and he/she should have clear understanding of topics covered.
