My name is Thembani Ganje. I'm a qualified Teacher from Zimbabwe. I'm also a CELTA certified English as a second language teacher.I'm hardworking and professional. Strives to enable the learner to get the most benefit out of their learning through use of fun games and available technologies. I believe in the communicative approach to language learning. The learner's needs comes first in my teaching.Putting learners first enables them to own their learning. It gives them confidence to try new things, use language in situations within their experiences.
