I believe in creative thinking and authentic task by the students. The more creative they think, the more lifelong learners they become Also, sharing of their experiences could be the springboard to the lessons to be introduced. The use of manipulatives, real objects and flashcards are great strategies as well to discuss the lessons. Integration of different subjects is also a perfect strategy in my teaching. Collaborative learning is a fantastic strategy too to make the students become more confident, engaged, and responsible. Mental computation in a form of games in Math before the lesson begins is an amazing way to enhance their skills in Math. Most importantly, I use Portfolio to check the level of comprehension of my students after the lessons have been discussed. Extension of work is assigned to enhance more their learning in particular subject areas. Read aloud is also an exciting way to enhance the students' reading and comprehension skills. Doing my best and seeing my students' creative and own work makes me a great teacher. When I see them learning, I feel proud if their achievements.
