Am a teacher who believes in total proficiency and understanding amongst the students. That's, all students have the capability to perform and understand not les than the other. What matters is how much the student wants to engage in learning and understand the subject score.

My learning methodology includes student participation where i total put the student in control. Through participation i can understand the flaws that lies beneartg undestanding and how i can work out to produce the results as required .

The results will be determined by how much the student wants to gain and bith output and input of the student. I tend to believe that no student is limit and all can perform if they believe,listen understand and work smart.
