I am a Net qualified microbiologist with 20 years of experience, including 3 years as an Asst. Product Manager in the Pharma industry and 17 years as a Biology and Biotechnology Lecturer in reputed Indian schools.

During my summer training and as a JRF, I also worked on projects such as "Isolation and purification of DNA and protein (Lipase) from Arthrobacter sps." and "Standardization, quality control, and formulation of traditional remedies and natural products."

As part of my teaching, I have always encouraged and guided students to work on their innovative projects, which include both identifying a problem and devising a solution on their own. I have a track record of producing excellent results in board exams, with the majority of my students receiving more than 90% and many receiving 100%.
