Coaching has been my passion over a period of 20 years with my clients to make them successful in their education, family life, careers, intelligently transforming overly stressful and challenging situations in life to empowered and rich experiences leading to success.

Process:

I have a free coaching session for each client before getting engaged with the coaching process to understand each other and to understand the coaching needs of the client and figure out what kind of coaching support is required and agree on a way forward in the process.

During the coaching process I ensure creating a psychologically safe environment for the client to express himself and explore his inner self freely. Generate a creative dialogue with the client to let the client understand the main areas blocking the achievement of desired objectives to live successful and a happy life, partner with the client to redefine/affirm the desired future and define a plan of action to achieve desired objectives, and facilitating the client defining a self management mechanisms to sustain a positive mindset right throughout. Continuous follow up with the client until the agreed upon goals are acheived.

Fee details

    රු10,000–15,000/hour (US$34.14–51.22/hour)

    The fee is given for a Coaching Session. The session time may vary from 45 minutes to 90 minutes and pre and post coaching follow up support.
