1. Ownership of Program Office activities covering all aspects of program delivery & participants' learning experience.
2. Coordinate with faculty to create best-in-class learning material - video, reading material, and assignment.
3. Support faculty and senior managers to ensure that participant’s learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained
4. Be the first point of contact for participants, troubleshoot queries, and manage discussions.
5. Assist program director and senior operations and academic managers in planning on-campus sessions, preparing schedules, evaluating, grading, and coordinating with faculty (including senior professionals from the industry).
6. Monitor participants’ performance and various program trackers to ensure the program is running well in areas of responsibility and escalate cases as needed.
7. Collate learning material, solutions, and grades from faculty and upload them to the LMS.
8. Review course videos to ensure quality. Create lesson Plans and Assignments for newly planned courses.
9. Ensure infrastructure and technology readiness during online sessions and live webinars during weekends, to ensure smooth operations and delivery.
10. Manage, identify and implement processes for smoother program management to ensure a consistent and trouble-free learning experience.
11. Handling all correspondence with Internal and external stakeholders. Onboarding SMEs| Invoice Generation| Live Webinar Conduction | Worskshop & Boot Camp Moderation.
12. Analyzing the data regularly to provide the information required by the respective Head of Departments. Maintain and Provide metrics for reporting to the individual stakeholders.
13. Learn, understand, and assess existing academic operations processes across various Institutes and provide support and improvements.1.
