I usually prefer lecture method aided with the discussions and brain storming during the class. I also help the students to point out the important questions from exam point of view. I also belive in a planned testing because testing will keep the students in touch with their studies. Assignments and practical activities are assigned depending upon the schedule of students. I believe that a teacher can guide a student to the path where he/she can be a leader.My strengths are making it easy for the students and being available for them. If they have any question anytime they are welcomed. I do not assess students on the basis of their marks or apperance. All of them are equally important to me and every child has a different psychology. So i try to reach at the level where a child can ask questions and make their confusions clear.
